Jacqueline Blackwell McCracken
earned her Bachelor of Science degree from Saint Vincent College
in 1987. She graduated from Ohio Northern University College of Law
in 1990, and was admitted to practice in Florida (1990) and Pennsylvania (1991). She is also admitted to practice before the United States District Court.
She was an assistant district attorney for the Indiana County District Attorney's Office from 1995 - 2008. In addition, she served as court-appointed counsel for parents involved with Indiana County Children and Youth Services for a number of years.
Ms. Blackwell McCracken is a member of the Florida Bar, the Pennsylvania Bar Association and Indiana County Bar Association. She is active in the community and has been involved with the Children's Advisory Board, Indiana Arts Council, Troop Leader with the Girl Scouts of Western Pennsylvania and is a member of the Fraternal Order of Police Lodge No. 33.
She resides in Indiana, Pennsylvania with her husband, Steven, and daughter, Rhyan.
